I have been interested in Talent Intelligence for over 15 years now. Three things motivate me are: People, Technology, and Creativity.

 

With a rich and diverse professional experience of more than 6-years, I bring the diverse skill set of a tech recruiter, talent manager, project manager, performance manager, marketer, mentor, leader, and podcaster.

Driven by data and valuable insights, I specialize in connecting outstanding talent with innovative opportunities and optimizing recruitment experiences. I believe in continuous improvement of recruitment strategies to ensure an efficient and impactful process for both hiring managers and candidates.

A dedicated mentor, I actively contribute to team growth and have shared my insights on prominent stages like SOSUEU and TOMAS events in Amsterdam in 2022. From establishing objective hiring standards, creating scorecards, creating career paths to spearheading diversity initiatives in tech, I have successfully executed various projects.

Fueling my passion for employer branding and sharing knowledge, I co-founded the Cloud Café Podcast at Xebia, available on YouTube and Spotify. It brings engaging conversations with cloud authorities, sharing valuable insights with a broad audience. This podcast was a success and helped me reach out to the talent pool with a different perspective.
